TAXES / VAT : Customer shall be responsible for payment of all fees/costs/charges associated with the purchase of products from the site and you agree to bear any and all applicable taxes as per prevailing law.
Stock availability: The orders are subject to availability of stock.
Delivery Charge : Dhaka city Tk.70 ( Seventy Taka) and Outside of Dhaka Tk.130 ( One Hundred Thirty Taka only) and sometimes delivery charges also increased due to the weight of parcel and in that case, authority will inform to the customer first and taking pre-apporval of increasing of delivery charges.
Delivery Timeline: The delivery might take longer than usual timeframe/line to be followed by Click To Touch. Dhaka City next day of order placement and outside Dhaka within 3/4days. ( day calculation by office time, 5PM.)
Delivery might be delayed due to force majeure event which includes, but not limited to, political unrest, political event, national/public holidays etc.
Cancellation: Click to Touch reserves power of cancellation of order if feels any risky of delivery.
